    <p>Рассматривается применение интеллектуальных контрактов, основанных на технологии блокчейн и способствующих повышению эффективности управления снабжением автомобилестроительного предприятия ПАО «КАМАЗ», в частности за счет формирования путей оптимизации трансакционных издержек в логистике снабжения. Предмет – интеллектуальные контракты в снабженческой деятельности автомобилестроительного предприятия. Цель – разработать механизм взаимодействия участников интеллектуального контракта в снабженческой деятельности КАМАЗа. Теоретической базой является анализ научных исследований российских и зарубежных ученых по проблемам применения интеллектуальных контрактов в различных сферах деятельности предприятий, повышения эффективности их снабженческой деятельности, сокращения трансакционных издержек, использования технологии блокчейн. В процессе исследования использовалась первичная информация, собранная на КАМАЗе. В результате исследования разработан механизм взаимодействия сторон интеллектуального контракта, основанный на технологии блокчейн, а также схема внесения изменений в интеллектуальный контракт, возникающих на различных этапах при взаимодействии инициатора с поставщиками. Представлено отличие в определении понятий смарт-­контракт и интеллектуальный контракт. Интеллектуальный контракт, выступающий логическим развитием смарт-контрактов, &#13;
позволяет вносить изменения в условия договора, что является важным критерием применимости на практике в современных условиях. Механизм взаимодействия сторон интеллектуального контракта позволит повысить эффективность снабженческой деятельности предприятия путем оптимизации величины трансакционных издержек, имеющих тенденцию к увеличению в настоящее время.</p>

   <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
    <p>Intellectual contracts based on blockchain technology improve the efficiency of supply management of an automobile enterprise by optimizing the transactional costs of supply logistics. The present research featured KAMAZ PTC. The goal was to develop an interaction mechanism for all participants of an intellectual contract in supply activities. The article includes a review of Russian and foreign publications about intellectual contracts in various business spheres, supply management efficiency, optimization of transactional costs, and blockchain technology. The study made it possible to build an interaction mechanism of the parties involved in a blockchain intellectual contract. It also revealed a pattern of changes introduced to the intellectual contract at different stages of interaction between the initiator and suppliers. The authors also highlighted the difference between smart contract and intellectual contract. An intellectual contract appears as a logical development of a smart contract and allows the sides to change the terms. The party interaction mechanism can improve the supply efficiency as it optimizes the magnitude of transactional costs.</p>
